How to order consolidation service?
Here is the process to order package consolidation:
- Provide content details and value in your Dashboard > 'To action' or 'Action required' for each package if you haven't done so
- Packages will then move to 'Ready to Ship'. Click on 'Consolidate Packages'. This will take you to Consolidation
- Select packages you would like to combine
- Choose the consolidation service you require and make payment to proceed. For information about different consolidation service, please click here
- Wait for us to process it. Once done, you will be notified, and you can proceed to order shipping via your Dashboard > Ready to Ship.
