How to order consolidation service?
Here is the process for ordering package consolidation:
- Provide content details and value in your Dashboard > 'To action' or 'Action required' for each package if you haven't done so
- Packages will then move to 'Ready to Ship'
- In Ready to Ship, select packages you would like to combine. Click on 'Consolidate for shipping'. This will take you to the consolidation order process.
- Choose the consolidation service you require and make payment to proceed. For information about different consolidation service, please click here
- Wait for us to process it. Once we complete consolidation, we will notify you, and after that you can proceed to order shipping via your Dashboard > Ready to Ship.
