Why my package is labelled as restricted and prohibited?

Your package is labelled as restricted if your item falls in the category listed here. Restricted goods can be shipped, but it is with limited liability. It is not visible on the package or shipment, it is for shipping insurance purpose only.

Prohibited means your goods cannot be shipped outside the UK. You can see the non-exhaustive list here.
