Will you open my parcels?

Yes, when we receive packages we open to check that we are able to ship the goods inside the package safely and legally. Packages opened will be resealed. For the security of your goods and our employees, our premises operate CCTV recording.

We do not check the item against your order, condition of the contents, or provide itemised contents. Should you require us to check and take photos of the contents, you can order 'Special request' through your Dashboard, or 'Photo' service.
