Can you ship food item?
Yes, we can arrange to ship non-perishable and non-frozen food items to certain countries. We cannot ship living items, roots, seeds, or organisms, and any prohibited goods/food not allowed for importation into your country.
Due to BREXIT regulations, the European Union EU has imposed non-importation of certain goods, in particular animal and plant-based products. Therefore, we can only ship food into EU countries using Royal Mail only. There is a weight limitation of 2 kg per package using Royal Mail. There is also dimensional limit.
For other countries, non-perishable food can be shipped, provided it can be imported into your country.
Food is considered as restricted goods, that means there is no shipping insurance cover if lost or damage. For more information about restricted goods, please see here.
