How do I know what's been delivered?

When we receive the packages we log details available on the labels and the outside the package, this may include the sender's name/company and delivery tracking. The information we record is subject to it being available on the outside of the package.

We will also open the package and log a general item description. No detailed content information will be included or checked against the order. If you need help identifying your package contents, email us at help@forwardvia.com. Alternatively, you can request a photo service or raise a special request for detailed content inspection.
