How long does it take to process my Assisted purchase order?

Assisted Purchase orders will usually be processed within 6 hours during normal business hours, but please allow up to 24 hours (excluding weekends) during a busy period. Note the time difference where ever you are and the UK, we can only process order during our office opening time. 

You can see the progress of the order via your Dashboard or follow this link here. Delivery from the store to us may take up to 10 business days. We will notify you as soon as we receive it.
