How long will you take to process my incoming package?
You will receive notification by email every time we log any packages for you. You will see any new packages we receive for you in 'To Action' in your Dashboard.
We typically inform you under 6 hours from receipt of your package, but do allow up to 24 hours during busy period. Packages receive on Saturday will be logged the next business day. This is subject to when we receive it during our office opening time.
Do keep an eye on your order with the retailer/seller. If you are concern about your order, we recommend that you contact the retailer/seller or delivery company to request for more information. If you have the tracking reference we may be able to help you to check it. However, as we are not the purchaser, we are not authorised to make any enquiry other than check the delivery status via the Courier’s website.
