How long will you take to process my incoming package?
We typically inform you under 6 hours from receipt of your package but do allow up to 24 hours during a busy period. This is subject to when we receive it during our office opening time.
Packages received on Saturday and Sunday will be logged the next business day.
You will receive a notification by email every time we log any packages for you. You will see new packages we receive for you in 'To Action' in your Dashboard.
Do keep an eye on your order with the retailer/seller. If you are concerned about your order, we recommend that you contact the retailer/seller or delivery company to request for more information. If you have the tracking reference we may be able to help you to check it. As we are not the purchaser, we are not authorised to make any inquiry other than checking the delivery status via the Courier’s website.
