How long does it take for you to process my package for shipping?

Packages normally ship on the same day or the next business day depending on when we receive the payment or order to ship. Couriers like DHL, DPD, and UPS collect once a day from our premises. Payments made after 12 pm on Friday, will be processed for shipping on Monday or the next business day. 

For Royal Mail, which is a national postal service, they collect the parcels from us for onward shipping. It will send you a notification as soon as they scan your parcel in their processing depot. Typically they process it the same day, at times the next business day. The maximum processing time from us to the time it notifies you can take a maximum of 2 business days. 

Although we do our very best to process outgoing shipments as quickly as we can, sometimes delays can happen during parcel processing and on transit.
