My packages shipped, where is my tracking information?

Once it is shipped, you will get a notification with the shipping details or you can find the information in your Dashboard > Package Inbox > Shipped and select the appropriate Package. If you have chosen a shipping service with tracking, we will provide you a tracking link. Tracking information is not always updated right away. Please allow up 1-2 days (excluding weekends) after your package is dispatched from us.
