How long will it take for my package to reach me?

After it is shipped, the delivery speed varies based on where you live and your chosen shipping option. It is also dependent on the time the Carrier and local customs take to process it. ForwardVia does not get involved with handling the shipment once it leaves our premises. 

In general,

• DHL Express, FedEx and UPS normally takes 5-10 business days (excluding weekends) to Europe, the USA and Canada. For all other countries, allow up to 10 business days.
• Royal Mail Standard partially tracked usually takes 15 business days. Tracking information is very limited, as it relies on the postal service.
• Royal Mail Economy (untracked) can take 8 weeks or more, depending on the local postal processing speed. No update or tracking information can be provided after it is shipped. See below. Allow up to 12 weeks for delivery, after this date the package is likely lost in transit.

If you have chosen to ship with tracking, you will be able to see the status in your Package Inbox. If you've chosen Royal Mail without tracking, once it is shipped, it has no means to provide any information. You will need to wait for the parcel to turn up. Without tracking, there is no compensation for loss or damage. For insurance terms, please see here.
