Why am I asked to provide proof of purchase?
We may request for proof of purchase for the packages we receive. The verification is to protect you our customers, retailers, and our business from people using our service for fraudulent purposes. It is necessary to carry out checks to determine the legitimacy of the purchase.
Please Note: We will allow up to 7 days for you to submit the relevant documentation. Failing that, your package will be considered as abandoned package in accordance with our terms and conditions. Documents provided to us must be original and showing all four corners of the document. Once you submitted the documents, it will take up to 7 working days for the verification process. Our decision is final, and we are unable to share any details of our investigation.
