Why my account has been suspended?
We will suspend your account if we find that you misuse our service breaching our terms and conditions. You are only allowed to use our parcel forwarding service, as agreed. We have reason to believe you have been misusing our service for activities not permitted. You are not allowed to use our service or address for fraudulent activities, application for any services, or use it for any financial and official related matters.
We may share your details with relevant authorities if requested, for investigation of misusing our service for fraudulent and illegal activities. If you are from abroad, we may also share your details with your local authorities, if requested.
