Why my account has been suspended?
We reserve the right to suspend your account if you misuse our service. You are only allowed to use our parcel forwarding service in accordance with our terms and conditions. Your account will be suspended if we have reason to believe you have been misusing our service for activities not permitted, these can be one of the following, but not limited to:
- Use our service or address for fraudulent activities
- Application for any services, or use it for any financial or official related matters
- Shipping illegal goods
- Providing forged documents
- Misusing payment chargeback/disputes
We may share your details with relevant authorities if requested for investigation of misusing our service for fraudulent and illegal activities. If you are from abroad, we may also share your details with your local authorities or governing bodies.
