Do I have to provide verification document to use ForwardVia?
We may need to verify your details and address when you register with us. This is to ensure that no one is using our service for illegal activities and fraudulent purchases. If account verification is needed, it will be requested when you register.
Once you've provided the required verification document/s, it will take up to 7 days to consider your application. We will consider your application based on many factors, which we are not obliged to disclose. Approval or rejection of your application is solely at our discretion and our decision is final.
Once checked, we delete all verification documents from our system in accordance with our terms and conditions.
