Do I have to provide verification document to use ForwardVia?

Verification of your details and address is compulsory to use our forwarding service. This is needed by-law in accordance to our terms and conditions. This is to ensure that no one is using our service for illegal activities and fraudulent purchases. 

We will request verification when you register or at any stage after you have registered and started using our service. We will also request for verification should we find that you ship to an address different to your registration address.  

Once you've provided the required verification document/s, it will take up to 7 days to consider your application. We will consider your application based on many factors, which we are not obliged to disclose. Approval or rejection of your application is solely at our discretion and our decision is final. If approved, you may still request for verification of your purchases, or we may decide that you can continue to use our service. 

If your account is rejected or if you fail to supply verification document within 14 days, your account will be suspended. Any packages you have will be returned to sender at your cost, or dispose of in accordance to our terms.

Note: Once checked, either your account is approved or not, we delete all verification documents from our system in accordance with our terms and conditions.
