I chose to ship using shipping service without tracking, I still have not received my package, what can you do?
A number of shipping options from budget without tracking to fully tracked, express delivery were available to choose when you order shipping. If you've chosen to ship without tracking i.e. Royal Mail Economy or similar service, there is no information available once it leaves our premise. Royal Mail are unable to provide any information on whereabout of the package.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do if you haven't received your package, if shipped without tracking. It may take up to 12 weeks for delivery, after this period, we're afraid it is likely lost in transit.
Our shipping insurance do not cover lost/damage to package shipped using service without tracking. The shipping cost is non-refundable. Do not use shipping service if you do not agree with these terms.
