How long will you take to process my order?

It typically takes under 6 hours from receipt of your order, but do allow up to 24 hours during busy periods. This is subject to when we receive your order during our office opening time. Orders received on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday will be processed on Monday or the next business day. You will receive a notification once we have completed it. Note the time difference where ever you are and the UK, we can only process orders during our office opening time. 

It is recommended to allow 24 hours during our office opening time for us to process the orders. As a guide, if you require shipping on Thursday, the consolidation order should be placed on Wednesday before noon, and the shipping order placed by 10 am on Thursday. This is based on the courier collection timing in the past, but may change without notice.
