Will you include my contact number on the shipping address label?
The contact number and email you provided when you order international shipping are submitted electronically. It is not visible on the shipping label or on the carton. These contact details are available should local carrier at the destination country request it. However, even if contact details are available, local carrier have no obligation to contact the receiver.
Couriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, Landmark Global may print the contact number on the shipping label. DHL, UPS and FedEx may contact the receiver or sender by telephone or email if they encounter any issues with the delivery of your package.
Royal Mail do not include contact details on the address label. If you would like the contact number to be on the address label, it is necessary to include it as part of your shipping address.
