How long will you store my packages?

The parcels can be stored at our storage warehouse without additional cost for up to 30 days for Basic members and up to 60 days for Premium members. After this period, there is a daily storage fee for each package stored beyond the time limit, up to 90 days maximum subject to our terms and conditions. The storage fee is subject to the size of the package and it starts from £1/day/package for Basic Member and starts from £0.50/day/package for Premium Member. The fee for each package will accrue daily until the package is shipped or disposed of
