What are the local customs charges?
Shipping cost you paid us do not include local tax and duty charges, as stated on our website.
Import charges are determined by local customs/government and collected by local courier once the goods arrive at the destination country. Every courier and local post in each country operates differently, and they may charge a fee for collecting it on behalf of the local government.
Tax and duty depend on the type of goods and value. Some countries customs require shipping cost, insurance, storage etc to be included when evaluating the tax and duty.
Usually, the local Carrier will request the receiver to pay before delivery. This must be paid by the deadline set by the courier. Failing that, the package may return to sender at additional charge to you or destroy without notification.
