Does door-to-door include delivery to my door?
Door-to-door delivery is a term use in logistic industry, where goods are collected from the sender, load and unload cargo for international transit, export and import customs clearance and delivery to receiver's address. It includes delivery to receiver's address and offload from their delivery vehicle. It does not include moving the goods into your premise. If your address is inaccessible or the receiver is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery driver may opt to have it delivered to a local depot for you to collect it.
