I've made payment why is my package not being processed?

We aim to process your package as soon as possible. We do not withhold your package unless there is a reason for it. If we withhold your package, you will be informed. There could be a number of reasons why your package is not being processed:

  • Payment being reviewed by the payment processor, your bank, or credit/debit card provider
  • There is an issue with your package e.g. containing goods that can't be shipped, goods delivered to us with damages, etc
  • The order hasn't gone through, kindly contact help@forwardvia.com for assistance
  • Orders placed over the weekend and UK public holidays are normally processed the next business day. See our opening times on our website here
